Can you support assembly for new product development?
Yes. We work with our engineering team to support prototype, type-test and pre-production assemblies during product development.
Do you assemble parts you've manufactured, or also parts supplied by the client?
Both. We typically assemble components from our own manufacturing facilities, but we also build assemblies that incorporate client-supplied or third-party parts where required.
What testing do you carry out on completed assemblies?
We carry out mechanical inspection, electrical testing and functional testing as standard, with additional tests specified by the customer where required.
What's the difference between a sub-assembly and a full assembly?
A sub-assembly is a mid-stage module that becomes part of a larger unit. A full assembly is a complete, tested product ready to install. We produce both.
