03_ Circular Methods

Minimising Waste Through Smarter Materials and Circular Practices

Our packaging and resource strategy is rooted in reuse, recycling, and responsible sourcing. By refining each stage of the supply chain from material intake to delivery, we reduce environmental impact without compromising operational efficiency.

Wood Reuse Strategy

Since 2019, wooden boxes from imported materials have been reused for local packaging, saving four tonnes of wood monthly (over 200 tonnes to date) across operations in India, the UK, and France.

Corrugated Packaging Shift

Transitioning from master wooden cartons to corrugated boxes for general packaging reduces weight, improves recyclability, and supports more efficient logistics.

End-of-Life Recycling

Established recycling systems ensure worn-out corrugated boxes and excess plastics from product separation are responsibly processed, keeping materials within the circular economy.

Recycled Lead Adoption

Since 2017, MSS International has integrated recycled lead from terminal pillars into production, reducing raw material demand and promoting sustainable, closed-loop manufacturing.
