Design & Development
From specification to manufacturing drawing. Concept design, 2D and 3D modelling, and full development through to production-ready documentation.
Simulation & Analysis
Virtual validation before physical build. FEA, CFD, electromagnetic and thermal analysis using SolidWorks Simulation, Autodesk and Ansys, proving designs perform before metal is cut.
Development Testing
Physical validation of new designs. Prototyping, type testing and performance verification, carried out alongside our manufacturing teams to refine designs ahead of full production.
Commissioning
On-site support to bring products into service. Installation guidance, energisation testing and final sign-off, making sure what was designed and built actually performs in the field.
Training & Maintenance
Long-term operational support. Operator training, maintenance documentation and ongoing technical advisory to keep installed products running reliably.

Do you work on client-owned designs, or only your own?
Both. We produce original designs for clients who need a complete engineering solution, and we work to client-supplied specifications. All engineering work is carried out under NDA where required.
