Meet the team

MSS International uses top-grade Copper ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper) and OF (Oxygen-Free) grades, selected for their excellent conductivity and consistent mechanical properties, with aluminium grades 1050 and 1060 available where specified. Our engineering and manufacturing processes allow us to design and produce busbar systems to exact customer specifications, from individual conductors through to complete engineered assemblies.

Material Selection

Copper ETP and OF grades are selected to meet the electrical conductivity and mechanical strength requirements of each application. All materials are sourced from approved suppliers with full material traceability.

Advanced Manufacturing

MSS employs stamping, punching, CNC bending, and precision machining, with an in-house tool design capability that allows us to produce custom tooling for specific profiles and configurations. Rapid prototyping and volume production are both well within our standard capability.

Finishing and Protection

MSS offers silver plating, tin plating, and custom insulation options. Laser marking and labelling ensures part identification and traceability. Fastener fitting and assembly services are available where required.

Stringent Quality Control

Every busbar system is inspected in our quality laboratory using coordinate measuring machines, dielectric test equipment, and go-no-go gauges to ensure dimensional and electrical conformance before shipment. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and test documentation are provided as standard.
